The Company:A leading service provider in the education sector with international clientele.
Main Duties:To provide excellent customer service and administrative support.
The Role:- To respond to customer enquiries in a timely manner- To enter and update tickets in the system and liaise with team members in order to resolve customer issues- To process invoices and payments and follow up if required- To develop and maintain long lasting customer relations to increase return business- To liaise with customers and provide updates on events details or payments - To provide basic technical support or escalate if a complex scenario- To attend events or trade shows when required
The Candidate:- Fluent in French to business standard (written and spoken) - Essential- Previous experience in a customer service role- Essential- Proactive, confident and dynamic personality- Excellent communication skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment- IT literate
