Sales and Service Advisor Apprenticeship - Level 3 and 4
ERIKS are looking for an apprentice to join and develop their skills within the team, completing an array of duties including contacting clients, organisation and administration.
What will you get?
Level 3 customer service specialist certification
Level 4 Sales Executive qualification.
Education will consist of frequent virtual learning, and occasional face to face education at the BMS College in Warrington (travel and accommodation will be provided)
Entry Requirements
5 GCSE's including English and Maths (Grades 9-4 or A-C) or equivalent.
*No applicants with degree level qualifications within this job field will be accepted.
Duration:
36 months
Pay: 22,100 per annum
What will you be doing?
Initiating, developing, and maintaining customer relationships
Establishing customer requirements
Preparing, submitting, and following up customer quotations
Order processing
Frequent phone and email communication
