We’re working with a highly respected and growing financial planning firm in Swansea that prides itself on delivering high-quality, client-centric advice. As part of their continued growth, they’re now looking for an experienced Paraplanner to join their friendlyand professional team.

The office is based in a modern business park with excellent access to the M4 motorway. There is also free on-site parking, removing the stress of the daily commute.

Responsibilities:

  • Support Financial Planners with detailed research and analysis

  • Preparing suitability reports and recommendations in line with clients’ goals

  • Conducting product and investment research

  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

  • Collaborating with administration to ensure a smooth client journey.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ideally 2+ years' experience in the Financial Services industry, with at least 12 months in a paraplanning or similar technical role

  • Progress towards the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or already qualified)

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication skills

  • A proactive and professional approach with a genuine passion for financial planning.
