Position: Legal Assistant – Commercial PropertyLocation: Swansea I’m looking to speak with a Legal Assistant to join a friendly and growing Commercial Property team at a Legal 500 firm in Swansea. If you’re someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys working with a great team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!In this role, you'll be right at the heart of things, supporting fee earners with a variety of tasks and helping to keep things running smoothly. You’ll be handling client updates, carrying out searches, drafting documents, and submitting applications to the Land Registry, SDLT, and Companies House. You’ll also be working closely with clients, businesses, agents, and lenders, so strong communication skills and a professional approach are key.While previous experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal would be great, it’s not essential.
