Purchase Ledger RolePermanent - Full or Part-Time!£25-28,000 full-time equivalentSwanseaIf you are looking for a fast-paced Accounts Payable role, with the flexibility to reduce hours, this could be for you. Working across either a 4 or a 5-day week from their central Swansea offices, this role will see you overseeing the purchase ledger process for a busy company in the city centre. You will be using a 3 way matching process to ensure delivery quantities and costs match invoices and PO numbers. Dealing with any queries that arise, you will be a customer service expert with a keen eye for detail and zero tolerance for discrepancies! Inputting purchase ledger data and reconciling supplier statements against invoices and preparing payment runs, you will have some experience of the monthly accruals process for close down.Utilising bespoke, industry-specific software in conjunction with MS office, this is a fast-paced role for which a good understanding of double-entry bookkeeping processes is essential; this isn't an entry level role, and it will be a challenging but rewarding position.To find out more about this opportunity, call Emma Lewis on or apply online.
