About the Role:

In this role, you’ll play a key part in a friendly accounts team, handling:

What We’re Looking For:

  • Purchase ledger processing - ensuring invoices are accurate and on time
  • Supplier reconciliation - building strong supplier relationships
  • Managing payment runs via BACS
  • Handling invoice discrepancies & liaising with suppliers/site managers
  • Supporting VAT, accruals, and monthly reporting
  • Proven experience as a Purchase Ledger Clerk or Accounts Assistant (construction/engineering sector experience is a plus!)
  • SAGE proficiency (or similar accounting software)
  • Excellent attention to detail & organisational skills
  • A confident self-starter who enjoys working within a close-knit team
