This part-time role, based on-site in Llansamlet, offers 24 hours per week with flexible working patterns and a salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (pro rata, dependent on experience). It’s an excellent opportunity for an individual seeking flexibility to balance work with personal commitments.Joining an established and supportive team, you will play a key role in delivering HR services during an exciting period of change.   • Support the People function across the organisation
  • Facilitate recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and stakeholders on HR best practices
  • Support managers with disciplinary and grievance processes
  • Manage absence and sickness processes effectively
  • Contribute to HR projects, including EDI and employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide HRIS support and assist with maintaining HR systems
  • Advise on HR policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience advising managers on HR best practices and managing employee relations (ER) cases. You will need to demonstrate the ability to manage a varied workload and deliver results effectively.
