Legal Assistant - Conveyancing Team

TSR Legal is working with a renowned law firm based in Swansea, which is expanding its conveyancing team and seeking a motivated and skilled Legal Assistant to join their practice. This full-time position offers a competitive salary, along with the opportunity to work in a supportive and dynamic environment where professional development is prioritized.

In this role, you will provide vital assistance to solicitors and legal executives throughout all stages of conveyancing transactions. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client files and ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date. You will also conduct legal research and gather necessary documentation related to property transactions, ensuring that all information is organized and accessible. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to draft legal documents, such as contracts and agreements, under the supervision of experienced legal professionals, allowing you to enhance your drafting skills.

Effective communication is crucial in this role, as you will be responsible for liaising with clients, solicitors, and other stakeholders. You will provide updates on case progress, respond to inquiries, and ensure that clients feel supported throughout the conveyancing process.
