What you'll be doing as the engineering manager:
Design Engineering:
- Working closely with the design engineer.
Maintenance Management:
- Overseeing the maintenance team.
- Scheduling planned and preventative maintenance.
Production Engineering:
- Driving continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and design for manufacture.
What you will need to apply for the engineering manager position:
- Experience as a process engineer, production engineer, manufacturing engineer or similar and the desire to move into an engineering manager position.
- An understanding of CAD does not have to be recent hands-on experience.
- Good organisational and planning skills.
- Experience in assembly, machining or fabrication environments.
Your remuneration package:
A salary of up to 45,000, pension, 25 days of holiday plus the bank holidays
Hours of work
Monday to Friday, 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm.
