We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Project Manager to join our clients team on a permanent basis in the Swansea area.
Job Description:
As an Experienced Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering a variety of fit-out projects from inception to completion. You will play a key role in ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with strong project management experience in the fit-out industry who is looking to take the next step in their career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of multiple fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise.
- Ensure all safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements are met.
- Provide regular project updates to senior management and clients.
- Manage project risks and resolve any challenges that may arise during the course of the project.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager overseeing fit-out projects
- Strong understanding of project management principles, practices, and methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent attention to detail.
- Experience in managing budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and construction standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A relevant degree or qualification in construction management or a related field is desirable.
- CSCS Card and SMSTS (or equivalent) preferred.
