Eclipse Recruitment are working with a Swansea based contractor in their search for an experienced Quantity Surveyor.
Our client who specialise in residential refurbishment, carpentry, roofing and local authority regeneration projectsare looking to employ a qualified Quantity Surveyor with experience of tendering & estimating.
As the company continues in its growth phase we are keen to delegate specific tasks to suitably qualified personnel
The ideal candidate will be required to carry out the following tasks;
- Develop and implement company systems and procedures
- Carry out general QS duties such as Cost Reports, Valuations/applications
- Produce tender submissions including PQQ responses
- Certifying sub-contractor payments
- Carry out general Estimating duties such as compiling BOQ, quotes & take-off etc
