CPS Group are proud to be partnered with a leading software development company, who are currently searching for a new Administration Assistant to join their team to help provide general business administrative support to the Director of Development and People Manager.
This is a part-time position (approximately 24 hours per week), exact working pattern to be discussed with the successful candidates but will be a minimum of three working days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee office maintenance, facilities and equipment
* Liaise with third parties (internet, cleaner, building management company) ensuring office services are maintained
* Be the first point of contact, meeting and greeting visitors and accepting parcels
* Office procedures e.g. risk assessment, signage, fire safety tests
* Maintaining administrative documents and databases
* Assisting with recruitment activities - posting job adverts, scheduling interviews, maintain candidate database, assist with new hire onboarding
Candidate Skills/Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar position
* Strong IT Administration skills (Microsoft Office, GSuite, Excel etc)
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Prior experience with recruitment administration would be an advantage
* Familiarity with health and safety regulations and procedures would be ideal
