Job Title: Senior Residential Support Worker
Location: Swansea
Salary: 29,624 - 32,744 per annum
About Our Client:
Join our dedicated client at our children's home in Swansea, where we provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people to grow and thrive. We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to lead and support a team in delivering outstanding care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise a team of residential support workers.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
- Provide emotional and practical support to young people.
- Ensure the home complies with all regulatory requirements.
- Support and mentor junior staff members.
- Participate in and manage on-call duties, including an average of 5 sleep-ins per month.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Must have a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (CYP) or equivalent.
- Must be a driver with a valid UK driving license.
- Must be over the age of 21.
- Experience working in a residential children's home setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
