About Our Client: Join our dedicated client at a children's home in Swansea, where they provide a safe, nurturing environment for young people to grow and thrive. We are looking for a compassionate and experienced Senior Residential Support Worker to lead and support a team in delivering outstanding care.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team of residential support workers.
  • Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs.
  • Provide emotional and practical support to young people.
  • Ensure the home complies with all regulatory requirements.
  • Support and mentor junior staff members.
  • Participate in and manage on-call duties, including an average of 5 sleep-ins per month.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Must have a Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People's Workforce (CYP) or equivalent.
  • Must be a driver with a valid UK driving license.
  • Must be over the age of 21.
  • Experience working in a residential children's home setting.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
