Fraser Edwards are currently recruiting a Multi Trade fabric engineer for a Contract role.
Our client is a well-established, leading Social Housing Contractor and due to continued growth, is expanding its Multi trade team.
The Role:
- Completion of planned, reactive and remedial repairs
- Fitting fire doors
- Tilling
- Drainage
- Minor roof repairs
- Plastering
- Flooring
- Building Fabric systems

Desirable:
- Previous Social Housing experience
- relevant qualification in your trade to C&G or NVQ L2 or L3
- FDIS or equivalent Fire door qualification.
- Hold a minimum of 3 years experience in a building maintenance role, particularly in relation to reactive and remedial maintenance
- Demonstrate a general wide knowledge of building systems in relation to reactive tasks encompassing, fabric tasks including PPM, General Building, Carpentry, Wet trade tasks, minor plumbing and ground works
- Current Full UK Drivers License

Pay: £29,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
