Your new companyWe are a dedicated not-for-profit organisation committed to supporting vulnerable adults in maintaining their tenancies and enhancing their independence. Our mission is to ensure everyone has the opportunity to thrive, with a safe home and access to education. We assist individuals facing challenges such as substance misuse and mental health issues.Your Role:As a caseworker, you will provide personalised support to our service users, helping them identify and achieve their goals. You will collaborate with various agencies, including landlords and homeless prevention teams, to secure housing stability for those you support. Additionally, you will assist service users with managing their finances and fostering their independence.Shift Patterns:

  • 37 hours/week:Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
  • 24 hours/week:Four 6-hour shifts (9am-3pm or 3pm-9pm)
  • Sleep-insas required

What You Need to Succeed:

  • Experience in tenancy support, mental health, substance misuse, housing, or benefits is beneficial but not essential.
  • A compassionate approach to building trust and strong relationships.
  • Excellent time-management skills to handle your caseload effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with others.
  • A valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle
