The role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a leading Facilities Management company looking to expand its team with an experienced Mobile Plumber. This role will cover Swansea and South Wales, providing a mix of installation, maintenance, and callout work across domestic and commercial properties. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled plumber looking for a stable, long-term career within a well-established company that values professional development and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing and heating systems across a variety of sites.
- Respond to callouts as part of a rota, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
- Diagnose faults and carry out necessary repairs in both domestic and commercial environments.
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations and industry standards.
- Work independently or collaboratively to meet client expectations and company standards.
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
- Gas, Oil Domestic & Commercial qualifications.
- Experience in both installation and maintenance work.
- Full UK driving license (essential for a mobile role).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
