We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Officer (Generalist) to join our client  based in Banbury .This exciting role will see you providing HR advice and administrative support across the organisation, working closely with the Group Head of HR to deliver an effective HR agenda. You will be a key support for both our office and clinical teams, ensuring strong operational support, clear process design, and solid HR procedures.

Main duties of the role:

  • Supporting the processing and coordination of the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and selection to leavers and exit interviews.
  • Reviewing processes, policies, and templates for compliance, continuously improving them to drive efficiency and high performance.
  • Ensuring that candidates have a positive experience throughout the application process.
  • Supporting line managers with all aspects of employee relations, policy application, and offering guidance on Employment Law.
  • Assisting with the development and delivery of induction programs, talent development, training, and performance management.
  • Driving positive employee communication around reward and recognition.
  • Mentoring the Graduate Trainee HR Assistant, sharing knowledge, and maintaining effective communication.
  • Attending various work locations as required to successfully carry out the role.

Our client is ideally looking for :

  • CIPD Level 5 qualification (or equivalent) as a minimum (preferred).
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR Generalist role (essential).
  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience in an HR/ER Advisor role (essential).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
