Responsibilities:As an Audit Partner, your role responsibilities will include:
- Architect the audit practice's future, becoming the architect of the strategic direction.
- Cultivate deep client trust, serving as a pivotal advisor to the SME partners.
- Spearhead growth initiatives, expanding market presence.
- Nurture talent, shaping the next generation of audit professionals.
- Safeguard the reputation, ensuring unwavering adherence to the highest standards of audit integrity.
Requirements:As an Audit Partner, you will need:
- ACA, ACCA,CA Qualified or equivalent, with a substantial track record in external audit.
- Current RI status
- Leadership in complex SME audit engagements.
- Passionate about fostering team success.
- Possess technical expertise in IFRS, UK GAAP, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent relationship building skills.
- Ability to drive business growth.
