Role responsibilities
- Taking full RI responsibility for a wide-ranging audit portfolio
- Leading the planning, review and completion of audit engagements
- Ensuring compliance with audit regulations and maintaining high standards across the function
- Managing and growing strong client relationships, acting as a trusted senior adviser
- Collaborating with other partners and service lines to develop the firm’s presence and reach
- Contributing to business development and helping to win new work
- Mentoring and developing the next generation of audit professionals within the team
- Keeping up to date with changes in audit and financial reporting standards

Candidate requirements
- ACA or ACCA qualified with current RI status
- Proven experience in leading audits across multiple sectors, ideally including owner-managed and mid-sized businesses
- Strong technical knowledge of UK audit and financial reporting standards
- Excellent leadership and people development skills
- A commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities for growth
- A collaborative approach and commitment to delivering outstanding client service
