Salary: £37,000 - £47,000 (depending on experience)

Hours: 8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday to Friday

As the client continue to grow, we're looking for a talented Estimator to help deliver exceptional value to their clients. You'll play a key role in bringing projects to life - balancing precision, creativity, and commercial insight.

The Role:
- Produce accurate, competitive, and clearly documented cost estimates.
- Apply value engineering to optimise project outcomes at handover.
- Develop and maintain efficient, scalable quoting processes to boost profitability.
- Proactively manage your workload to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.
- Accurately integrate overheads into proposals for financial precision.
- Work closely with our Design team to create inspiring and commercially sound solutions.
- Support tender submissions to maximise win rates and drive revenue.
- Review and analyse supplier and subcontractor quotes to improve margins and reduce risk.
- Conduct site visits and surveys using our Matterport Scanner for accurate proposals.
About You:
- Proven experience as an Estimator in an Interiors Design & Build firm.
- Experience managing tenders and projects up to £2M+.
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with ease - you thrive on managing complex workloads.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial fit-out environments and product costings.
- Excellent communication skills and a forensic eye for detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Full UK/EU driving licence.
- Fluent in English.
