As a Senior Management Accountant, you'll play a key role in ensuring the integrity of the numbers, partnering with business managers, analysing performance against budgets, and explaining variances.

This successful business continues to scale at pace (current turnover is north of £100m). As such, you'll be naturally curious and happy working in a detailed, methodical manner.

You also need to be agile and accept that priorities change frequently as the business responds to opportunities and risks relevant to the business strategy.

You could be handling the month-end accounting one minute and dropping everything to address some analysis in response to a Board query the next.

Located near Swindon, this role offers free parking and the flexibility to work from home two days per week.
