We are looking for a professional administrator to join our not for profit client in Swindon

£12 - £13/hr

Hybrid working, 40/60% based in the office in Swindon and the rest at home

You will join a regional delivery team who process over 300 pieces of IT delivery work across a year.  Each piece of work has a number of suppliers and individuals involved so you will be helping to coordinate site visits, chase up Pos, update spreadsheets and general admin.

Experience required for this role:

  • Confidence to liaise between third party suppliers and properties to organise on site surveys and installation appointments
  • Tenacity to chase suppliers and properties for information/confirmations outstanding
  • Confidence to liaise with suppliers to go through lists of jobs and understand where confirmation/information is outstanding and report that to the team
  • Experience of producing reporting in Excel format
  • Experience in using IT systems to log requests (training on the system will be provided)

This assignment is with a popular Swindon employer. There is scope for this role to be extended.
