Amour Recruitment is seeking an experienced Administrator to work for a growing company based in Swindon.
Ths role will really suit someone seeking a back office, admin heavy type role.
Duties include:
- Creating daily, weekly and monthly invoices
- Raising Job Packs
- Updating weekly spreadsheet for customer requirements
- Updating customer costings on portals
- Monitor stock parts, stock checks and ensuring parts are on jobs being costed
- General Office duties
Personal requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Highly organised,with the ability to work with minimal supervision
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Experience in the automotive, engineering or manufacturing industry would be an advantage.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.30 pm with ½ an hour unpaid lunch
Salary:£29,000 - £32,000
