Job Title: Administrator

Hours: Monday to Friday 9am - 5.30pm

Our client is keen to recruit an Administrator to join their growing team in Swindon on a temporary basis.

Job Requirements

  • Maintaining documents.
  • Producing and distributing summary letters following reviews.
  • Maintaining of documentation
  • Process, file and archive referrals.
  • Maintaining the in house database.
  • Providing any administrative assistance
  • Data entry
  • Any other ad-hoc duties and tasks including covering for other members of the team during periods of holiday and sickness absence.

Skills, Knowledge & Experience

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to achieve high standards at all times and be able to use initiative and creativity.
  • Positive 'can do’ attitude, with a desire to exceed expectations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Good IT/literacy and attention to detail.
