Job Title: Quality & Office Administrator (Personal Assistant)Location: SwindonJob Type: Full-timeSalary: Up to £28,000 per yearBenefits: Company pension, on-site parking, private medical insuranceSchedule: Monday to Friday 09:00-17:30Role Overview:We are looking for an experienced Quality & Office Administrator (Personal Assistant) to provide essential administrative support to our Senior Management Team and assist with quality-related tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Personal Assistant Duties: Manage calendars, schedule meetings, arrange travel and accommodation, and process expense claims for the Senior Management Team. In addition to proof reading tasks, project research and report creationsOffice Administration: Organise meetings, prepare documents, and ensure smooth office operations, including supplies and refreshments. Whilst providing a high-quality experience for anyone visiting the office.Quality Support: Assist with administrative tasks in the Quality department, including processing allograft release documents and managing the shared Quality mailbox. In addition to liaising with supervisors and directors.Qualifications and Skills:
  • 3+ years of administrative experience, ideally supporting senior management and regulatory department.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, experience with Sage is a plus.
  • Strong communication, organisational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential data with discretion and accuracy.
  • Proactive, flexible, and a team player who is willing to get stuck in whatever the task entails.
  • Strong understanding of compliance, Regulatory and quality.
