Are you an experienced Administrator looking for a new opportunity? Our client, a leading Orthopaedic distributor working alongside the public and private health care providers, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join their team in Royal Wootton Bassett.

Key Responsibilities:

General Administration:

  • Create a welcoming experience for visitors, including organising travel and accommodations.
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and provide comprehensive support to the Senior Management Team.
  • Take minutes during meetings and follow up on action items.
  • Process expenses for the Directors and conduct research for special projects.
  • Proofread documents and manage office supply purchases.

Quality Administration:

  • Collaborate with the department Supervisor and Quality team to manage checking and release processes of products.
  • Oversee the shared Quality mailbox, ensuring emails are routed to the right person and action points are followed up on.
  • Assist with various projects in the Quality Department, including scanning, filing, and archiving documents.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven administration experience, ideally within a Senior Management context or in Quality/Regulatory environments.
  • Familiarity with Quality and Regulatory-specific tasks is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and ability to learn new IT systems quickly.
  • Experience with Sage is a plus.
  • Strong background in handling sensitive information with discretion.
  • Ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • A proactive, flexible, and helpful attitude toward all stakeholders.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy, with multitasking capabilities.
  • Strong organisational skills to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Friendly, approachable, and empathetic with effective communication skills.
  • A team player who is eager to immerse themselves in a variety of tasks and always willing to go the extra mile.
