The Role:
Silcom Recruitment is seeking an experienced Service Administrator to join a well-established main dealership group in Swindon that has been operating successfully for over 30 years.
As a Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the service department, ensuring smooth daily operations by managing administrative tasks, liaising with customers and technicians, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing daily, weekly, and monthly invoices
Handling invoice queries efficiently and in a timely mannerManaging MOT and service sheets, ensuring correct order numbers are followed
Raising Job Packs and updating customer costings on portals
Maintaining a weekly spreadsheet for customer requirements
Monitoring stock parts, conducting stock checks, and ensuring parts are allocated correctly
Ensuring jobs are invoiced correctly and techniciansā hours are recorded accurately
Creating jobs for sublet invoices
Handling filing, archiving, and general office duties
Assisting with additional tasks at managementās discretion
The Package:
Basic Salary: Ā£29,000 to Ā£32,000 (D.O.E)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.00 am to 5.30 pm with Ā½ an hour unpaid lunch. No Weekends!
