SALES ADVISOR

MONDAY - FRIDAY: 8.00AM - 5.00PM - Must be flexible to also work weekends when needed.

ANNUAL SALARY OF £25,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus

Day to Day Duties

Working as a Sales Advisor for our client your duties will be:

  • Work as part of the team in an exciting sales team environment.
  • Service inbound calls.
  • Build rapport.
  • Responding to emails
  • Sell unique packages.
  • Achieve KPI's
  • Drive results in a fast-paced supportive team.

Essential Skills

As a Sales Advisor it is essential that you:

  • At least 2 years of proven sales experience (In a call centre environment)
  • A motivated initiative-taker with a proven history of hitting KPI's.
  • Have the ability to thrive and work well under pressure.
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Relationship building skills.
  • Flexible to work weekends and adapt to the business needs.
  • A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle due to the location of the business.

Desirable Skills

  • Call centre environment experience preferred.

What training is provided?

  • All training provided and additional support throughout
