ANNUAL SALARY OF £25,000 + Discretionary Annual Bonus

Day to Day Duties
Working as a Sales Advisor for our client your duties will be:
- Work as part of the team in an exciting sales team environment.
- Service inbound calls.
- Build rapport.
- Responding to emails
- Sell unique packages.
- Achieve KPI's
- Drive results in a fast-paced supportive team.
Essential Skills
As a Sales Advisor it is essential that you:
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience (In a call centre environment)
- A motivated initiative-taker with a proven history of hitting KPI's.
- Have the ability to thrive and work well under pressure.
- Excellent Communication skills
- Relationship building skills.
- Flexible to work weekends and adapt to the business needs.
- A full UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle due to the location of the business.
Desirable Skills
- Call centre environment experience preferred.
What training is provided?
- All training provided and additional support throughout
