The Role

The main duties of the Part-Time Finance Administrator role consists of:

  • Supporting with purchase and sales ledgers tasks when required; processing invoices, payments, and receipts.
  • Filing for finance and HR function.
  • Supporting with journal postings.
  • Responsible for fuel cards and company vehicles.
  • Supporting with HR and other departments with various projects.
  • Various administration and filing tasks.

Requirements

To be considered for the Part-Time Finance Administrator role, you must ideally possess the following skills/experience:

  • Must have experience within purchase or sales ledger.
  • AAT qualified or qualified by experience.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Highly organised.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently on set tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
