We are currently working with a manufacturing company based in Swindon. We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic French-speaking Sales Development Administrator to support their sales team and contribute to their expansion. This role offers a unique opportunity for personal career development and to become a key member of their efficient and friendly office team.
Day to Day of the role:- Support the UK and overseas sales function, including customer service, sales order processing, invoicing, new line setups, inventory databases, and price files.
- Manage the online customer resource database, ensuring product specifications and images are up-to-date.
- Analyse customer sales and activity to identify opportunities for growth.
- Research new sales opportunities and prepare sales presentations and quotations.
- Actively participate in UK and overseas trade shows to promote sales.
- Provide support to the Company’s UK and French sales teams.
- Perform general office duties, order processing, raising invoices/credit notes, and managing day-to-day queries.
- Support the sales office during periods of holidays and absence.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Enthusiastic, creative, and collaborative team player with high standards.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook.
- Attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel in the UK and overseas, including overnight stays.
- Clean full driving license is advantageous.
- French language skills.
