Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance activities, including event-related tasks, across company buildings, car parks, and external properties.
  • Perform electrical system installations, troubleshooting, and repairs in compliance with current IEE regulations.
  • Supervise a multi-skilled facilities management team, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality work.
  • Manage hygiene services, legionella control, and waste disposal operations.
  • Conducted and supervised required tests and inspections in line with Safety Certificate and Premises Licence obligations.
  • Plan and oversee preventive maintenance (PPM) for mechanical, electrical, plumbing (MEP), HVAC systems, life safety equipment, and building fabric.
  • Ensure compliance during annual service provider tests and inspections.
  • Act as a first responder for emergency call-outs, available 24/7 to handle urgent issues.
  • Planned and conducted routine maintenance and preparation work.
  • Implement and enforce the companys health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and ensure service providers adhere to agreed scopes of work and follow approved risk assessments and method statements (RAMS).

What Youll Bring:

  • Relevant qualifications or certifications in Electrical Installations, along with practical, hands-on experience.
  • Proven experience supervising a multi-disciplinary facilities management team and overseeing contractors, preferably in publicly accessible buildings.
  • Background as a qualified electrician.
