- Conduct detailed investment portfolio analysis, ensuring the appropriate asset allocation in line with the client’s risk profile.
- Prepare a range of documents including investment, pension, and protection illustrations, projections, and associated documentation, with a particular focus on pension replacement and decumulation.
- Draft and present suitability reports, client service agreement letters, and assist with checking valuations.
- Maintain client files in compliance with both FCA regulations and internal policies and procedures, ensuring quality and accuracy.
- Work closely with Advisers to ensure all client queries are addressed effectively, supporting both new and existing clients with relevant advice.
- Take responsibility for ensuring that all work adheres to best practice in an IFA environment.
- Hold or be working towards the Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning, with the aim of achieving Chartered status.
- Proven experience working as a Paraplanner within a Financial Services Firm, with a strong understanding of financial products and regulations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively with advisers and clients.
- High level of attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
