Our client is seeking a full-time Financial Services Administrator to join their team. You will assist with client queries related to life assurance, pensions, and investments, liaise with product providers, and support day-to-day office administration. The BusinessOur client is a respected Financial Planning firm known for delivering tailored solutions and exceptional client care. The team takes pride in fostering long-term client relationships and providing high standards of service.Key Responsibilities
- Assist with client reviews, requests, and day-to-day queries.
- Screen calls, handle enquiries, and process new business applications.
- Prepare client review packs and manage illustration requests.
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with company procedures.
- Stay updated on financial products and relevant legislation.
- Previous experience in a Financial Advice firm is essential.
- Knowledge of pensions, ISAs, and investments.
- Have started or completed CII qualifications and progressing towards Level 4.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in IT and office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
