About the role:
Our client - a printing business based in Trowbridge our looking for an Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager would be expected to deliver between 15-20% YoY sales growth. The sales growth would need to come from existing contacts whilst also utilising their current relationships with key customers, which are currently very under-explored.
Reporting into the Managing Director, this role will also be required to keep the business aware of opportunities and current state of play. You will be fully supported to achieve your goal with excellent customer service & production support.
The person:
This role will suit someone that has a proven experience in the Print Industry, with a great reputation & relationship with their clients. Our ideal candidate will:

be proactive in their approach to hunt down new work & explore all sales avenues

Understand the business in detail to sell its strong points & help improve any weaknesses

Think strategically & critically, with an understanding of pricing, market prices & technical specifications
Focused on targets, with consideration of how to create sustainable revenue streams that would require minimal effort across the business
Willing to listen, learn & grow, looking for opportunities that will benefit the group and its related services
