Customer Services Account Manager

Due to continued growth our client based in Swindon is recruiting a Customer Service Account Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to join a g company renowned for its commitment to quality and exceptional service. In this varied role, no two days will be the same. You will collaborate closely with our Production team to ensure customer satisfaction and timely job dispatch or all orders.

Key responsibilities will involve:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service to our clients.
  • Communicate effectively through email, phone, and messaging platforms.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Production, Dispatch, and Finance.
  • Process production orders using our Management Information System (MIS).
  • Ensure timely dispatch of orders through coordination with internal departments.
  • Address delivery issues with couriers.

The right candidate will need the following skills:

  • Experience within a similar office-based role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Effective problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in managing tasks.
