Are you an experienced Building Surveyor looking for an exciting opportunity? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Communities & Housing team, delivering capital and planned maintenance projects across corporate and listed buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage capital and maintenance investment projects, ensuring high standards and compliance with regulations.
- Conduct building surveys, feasibility studies, and design solutions for improvement projects.
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring value for money and cost-effective solutions.
- Engage with tenants, leaseholders, and stakeholders to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including CDM 2015.
What We're Looking For:
- HNC in Building Studies (or equivalent) and an accredited AutoCAD qualification.
- Strong knowledge of construction health and safety, planning, and building regulations.
- Experience managing budgets and delivering capital projects.
- Excellent problem-solving and project management skills.
- A valid driving licence.
