Our client is currently looking for an enthusiastic, motivated Workshop Technician to join their team!

Workshop Technician Role and Responsibilities:

• Carry out welding and production duties• Modifying, fitting and setting of parts and components• Setting and operating CNC mills, lathes and manual machines• Operating a range of hand, power, and workshop tools, including drills, grinders, saws, etc.• Some sheet metal work• Reading and working from engineering drawings to create components to tight tolerances and specifications• Pressure testing of equipment (Training can be provided)

The Ideal Workshop Technician will:

• Have experience with TIG Welding, and working with Stainless Steel• Experienced with Milling and Turning• Previous experience within a similar role• Knowledge in Mastercam (Desirable)

Core Working Hours and Details:

• Monday - Thursday: 08:30am- 17:00pm• Friday: 08:30am- 16:00pm• Can be flexible with working hours• 23 days holiday + bank holidays
