Position: Electrical Site Supervisor

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £20.00 - £23.50 per hour

Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations across our sites. This role involves managing staff, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency. Strong leadership skills, effective team supervision, and a focus on fostering a positive work environment are essential.

Responsibilities:

      •     Manage internal and subcontract mechanical teams (experience preferred).

      •     Oversee fire and security installations (experience preferred).

      •     Lead site operatives to meet programme deadlines and client requirements.

      •     Maintain strong communication with management and client colleagues.

      •     Ensure implementation and adherence to RAMS and work programmes.

Qualifications & Experience:

      •     SSSTS or SMSTS qualification required.

      •     Minimum Level 3 NVQ (or equivalent).

      •     PASMA / IPAF experience (current qualification preferred).

      •     Electrical test and inspection qualification (preferred).

      •     Minimum 10 years’ experience as a qualified electrician.

      •     Experience with large-scale industrial/commercial projects is essential.

      •     Rail infrastructure project experience is preferred.

      •     Flexibility to work locally and away when required.
