Job Opportunity: Domestic Electrical Supervisor

Salary: £40,000 - £50,000

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Electrical Supervisor to join our team and oversee both new and ongoing contracts across the Midlands. In this role, you will ensure that our operations comply fully with NICEIC accreditation standards and communicate these requirements effectively to our engineers. You will supervise a small team of electricians on contracts that typically include inspections, electrical upgrades, rewires, and repair/maintenance work.

Key Requirements:

      •     Qualified Gold Card Electrician: Must hold a valid Gold Card.

      •     Team Leadership Experience: Proven ability to manage and guide a team.

      •     Inspection and Certification Skills: Strong experience in inspection, testing, certification, and reporting for electrical installations in domestic settings.

      •     Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence is essential.

      •     Site Inspections: Ability to conduct daily site visits and provide technical support.

      •     Documentation: Complete site paperwork and ensure practical completion of individual sites.

      •     Tenant Liaison: Ability to communicate effectively with tenants.

      •     Organisational Skills: Detail-oriented with solid organizational capabilities.

      •     Technical Skills: Proficient in computer software and email communication.

      •     Quality Standards: Commitment to high standards and quality of work.

      •     Strong Communication Skills: Both internal and client-facing communication abilities.

      •     Adaptability: Flexible approach to varied working environments.
