- Lead and manage continuous improvement projects and tool upgrades.
- Develop and execute projects using industry best practices.
- Analyse completed projects to identify issues and bottlenecks.
- Work with project owners to define goals and success metrics.
- Manage project reporting using PPM tools.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to meet objectives.
- Conduct status meetings to track progress and manage risks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal customers.
- Communicate project progress to stakeholders and leadership.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field, plus 10+ years of project management experience, or equivalent education and experience.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred.
- Strong project management skills with an engineering background.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, with the ability to work in fast-paced teams.
- Ability to make sound technical decisions.
- English required; Spanish is a plus.
