The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

  • Manage your own diverse caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of title.

  • Handle more complex property matters such as lease extensions, new builds, shared ownership, and rural property transactions.

  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

  • Ensure all work meets high legal and regulatory standards.

  • Contribute to the firm’s strong reputation by delivering excellent client care and high-quality legal advice.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.

  • Have a strong track record of handling a broad range of conveyancing matters independently.

  • Be confident in dealing with more complex transactions, including rural properties and leasehold extensions.

  • Have excellent organisational, communication, and client care skills.

  • Be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality legal work.
