The RoleAs a Residential Conveyancer, you will:

Manage your own diverse caseload, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, and transfers of title.

Handle more complex property matters such as lease extensions, new builds, shared ownership, and rural property transactions.

Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.

Ensure all work meets high legal and regulatory standards.

Contribute to the firm’s strong reputation by delivering excellent client care and high-quality legal advice.

The successful candidate will:

Be an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.

Have a strong track record of handling a broad range of conveyancing matters independently.

Be confident in dealing with more complex transactions, including rural properties and leasehold extensions.

Have excellent organisational, communication, and client care skills.

Be proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality legal work.
