Wealth Management Administrator -

Swindon Area

£23,000 - £27,000 depending on experience.

An established and growing financial planning practice with offices located just outside of Swindon are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Services administrator.

Working in team environment you will work alongside the Advisers and wider Wealth Management Team supporting with all technical administration and client management queries.

Duties will include -

  • Acting as a point of contact for client enquiries, answering questions and finding relevant information.
  • Liaising with third party providers to process business applications, answer queries, and raise any issues.
  • Complete fund transfers & switches, complete ID & AML forms, process payments, drawdowns and withdrawals.
  • Process a range of pension, CGT, lifetime allowance and investment calculations.
  • Develop your knowledge across pension, investment, tax, trust and estate planning areas.
  • Assisting Advisers with meeting preparation and the completion of meeting support packs.
  • Assist with the production of suitability letters and other client correspondence.
  • Update all systems with client information and workflow.
  • Help new / junior members of the team, working in a team environment and supportive work culture.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a busy team oriented financial services practice covering a range of client and adviser support work. They are ideally looking for an industry experience individual, who has excellent communication and organisational skills.
