We are working for a popular "not for profit" business who are looking for a training coordinator.

  • £13-£14/hr
  • Start 27th Nov or 2nd December
  • This is a temp role until March 2025 when it is likely to go on a 3 year contract
  • 4 days working from home, Wednesday in the Swindon office
  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Xmas period fully remote

This role forms part of the learning team. You will be organising fire and first aid training across the business. You will be shadowing another member of the team for 2-3 weeks with full training.

  • You will be responsive over email and quick to respond.
  • Working via a training schedule
  • Booking trainers
  • Booking delagates
  • Sending joining instructions
  • Recording attendance and evaluation data

The successful candidate will have:

  • Understanding of excellent customer service
  • Administration experience
  • Information finder - use initiative
  • Accurate with an eye for detail
  • Webex and Teams
