Loom Talent are delighted to be leading the recruitment of a Data Analyst for a client in Swindon.

Our client is a market leader in Logistics and Supply Chain management.

In the role of Data Analyst, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:

  • Turn data into clear insights and easy-to-understand reports.
  • Keep customer information and follow-ups updated in Salesforce.
  • Stay on top of key documents like contracts, account plans, SLAs, and NPS scores.
  • Write and send client-related updates and letters.
  • Help improve team processes by spotting what works, what doesn't, and sharing ideas.
  • Keep Salesforce data accurate for contacts, contracts, leads, renewals, etc.
  • Keep SOPs current and easy to follow.
  • Help roll out better tools and processes for smoother workflows.
  • Keep the Client Services SharePoint clean, organized, and up to date.
  • Coordinate with other teams to make sure updates are shared on time.
  • Lead internal meetings on contract renewals and share updates with the team and execs.
  • Gather and manage all client KPI data in one place.

The ideal candidate for this opportunity will meet the following criteria:

  • 1-3 years' experience supporting within a logistics or supply chain department
  • Ability to analyse data and to translate this into information for reporting
  • The ability to communicate and build relationships across the business, including senior stakeholders
  • Experience working with data and interpreting data
  • Strong systems including BI and previous use of ERP or CRM
  • Good it skills including MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
  • Project management skills
