About the Role
As the New Business Manager, you will lead the charge in identifying and nurturing new client opportunities. Working closely with the senior leadership team, you’ll develop strategies to prospect, engage, and secure leads that align with the agency’s services. From devising targeted outreach plans to creating compelling presentations and managing meetings, your work will ensure the agency’s continued growth and success.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring proven experience in business development, with in a marketing or creative agency, coupled with a strong ability to identify and prioritise opportunities. Strong communication and relationship-building skills are essential. You’ll need a consultative approach and a proactive mindset, ready to take initiative and drive results. Experience with CRM tools such as Hubspot is crucial, as is a meticulous approach to maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
