Our client based in Swindon is recruiting a Digital Press Operator to work nights.
Due to continued growth my client is looking for a hard-working individual who can offer flexibility and commitment with a minimum of 6mths experience within the Print Industry.
Digital Press Operator's main responsibilities will include:
- Effectively running Canon IX in line with job specifications
- Ensure all work is produced to the highest quality standard, most efficiently and on time
- Ensure accuracy of job production
- Work to reduce reprints and wastage
- Achieve highest level of press 'uptime’ and maintenance reporting
- Maintain the press room environment and presses to expected high level
- Ensure all reprints are recorded, monitored and reported
- Support the Digital Print Supervisor with general running and upkeep of the digital department.
In return:
- Salary £28k rising to £30K after a 3mth probation
- Night shift Monday to Friday 10pm - 6am
- 23 days holiday per year, plus Bank Holidays
