Are you a nurturing individual who loves working with younger children? My client is seeking enthusiastic Early Years and Key Stage 1 Teaching Assistants to join their close-knit school community. In this role, you’ll help shape the emotional, physical, and educational development of children, fostering a love for learning in a calm, serene environment where happiness and well-being are at the forefront. This role is available on a full-time basis and is a temporary contract for 1 year initially.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support the emotional, physical, and learning needs of individual and group children, including those with special needs.
  • Contribute to monitoring and delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
  • Assist in organizing the learning environment and maintaining resources.
  • Help deliver learning activities, including literacy, numeracy, and ICT.
  • Assist with behavior management programs and ensure a safe, secure learning environment.
