Early Years Teaching Assistant / Preschool Teaching Assistant - SN2

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Support individual children and groups with emotional, physical, and educational needs, including those with special needs
  • Assist in delivering Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and encourage children’s engagement in learning activities
  • Foster positive relationships with pupils to help them reach their learning goals
  • Assist teachers in organizing the learning environment and maintaining accurate records
  • Support pupils’ literacy, numeracy, and overall curriculum development, alongside behavior management

About You

  • Be able to do the job as described
  • Hold a relevant Level 2 qualification
  • Experience in Early Years education with innovative and creative ideas for engaging young learners
  • Strong relationship-building skills to connect with both children and staff
  • Enthusiasm for contributing to a nurturing, fun, and inclusive classroom environment
